Do you open raise with his hand? I've had a much harder time making the transition from high-stakes to internet omaha than for any other game.

Four off the button, I think AKQs4 is a bit weak. I'd probably fold it myself. But then, I'm just a nit.

By the way, I don't think any of these players played *horribly*; I just posted the hand as that "hey how sweet was this" deal. If these are the most egregious bad calls you can get in a $10-20 Omaha game, you're not going to make a ton of money.

I would fold the AKQ4 that early; I think limping is the worst option.

. . . I'm not playing 3h Ks 7c Ac in your seat. I'm certainly not raising with it. what am I missing?

I think there are a lot of hands like this that are worth just a little bit. You can play them or not, it doesn't much matter. I like raising with this hand to try to thin the field and take advantage of loose limpers. Also this play helps to balance; if you only raise with AA2 or A23 or the like, it's very easy to play against you. These games are soft enough that you don't have to make these plays, you can just wait for premium hands, but I do it instinctively, and it's unlikely to give much up because I think I play reasonably postflop.
