It is not our policy to send out your password randomly. However, we do send your username out to you for reference if needed. Your username and password would never be sent together for security reasons.
I can assure you that our customers' security is treated as paramount.

Unfortunately, I have in my possession a piece of paper that Sportsbook.com sent me through the USPS that has my username and password right next to each other in plaintext.
